Waited about 45 min for a bagel. And when I finally did get it the cream cheese was missing. I let the barista know and she rudely said yes ma’am it’s because you didn’t order it as she walked off I told her yes I did. I can’t believe they are still with a job after treating their customers in such a way. This isn’t the first time this store has had service and attitude issues.

Shoutout Alexa working at 1:22pm on June 30! Was very rude and was putting fault on the customer. Told my order name at the speaker and pulled up the window being ASKED “did you have the latte and a cake pop” I did have a latte but said I also had a banana nut bread & croissant. And she went to look at different orders on the screen. Then I said “it was for Siara” and was told “Well it would make it easier if you said your name so it would be less confusing”. Or maybe do your job? You asked for the order at first? Place needs help.

I literally just left this location after picking up a mobile order through the drive-thru. The employee at the window did not greet me, make eye contact, respond when I asked for a straw, or acknowledge me when I said thank you. The customer service was disappointing, especially as a regular customer who has been coming here for a long time.

I hesitated to leave this feedback, but after the last three months I feel it’s necessary. I regularly visit the Starbucks on Big Springs Street in Midland, Texas, and on at least 12 occasions they have been out of protein milk. The last two visits, they were also out of egg bites. We go to Starbucks often, and this location is convenient to our office, but the repeated inventory issues suggest poor management oversight. I’ve started driving all the way to the Midkiff location because they consistently have what I order. In addition, I’ve had several unpleasant in-store experiences. On three separate visits, the employee assisting me was noticeably rude and dismissive, as though basic questions were an inconvenience. That level of customer service is disappointing, especially for a high-traffic location in this area. Overall, this store falls short in both inventory management and customer service.

Upon entering the establishment, I found myself standing in line without receiving any form of greeting for approximately five minutes. Despite being the sole customer waiting to be served, the staff appeared preoccupied, with only a couple seated nearby. Given that I arrived just half an hour before closing time, I suspected they might have been rushing to wrap up their duties. However, the delay in attending to a single drink order seemed excessive, especially considering the lack of acknowledgment or basic greeting.Frustrated by the lack of attention, I decided to document my experience by recording videos and taking photos, intending to leave a review. It was only after I began this process that the staff finally acknowledged my presence and became notably more friendly and accommodating. While I appreciate their eventual responsiveness, I can't help but feel disappointed by the initial lapse in customer service. Overall, while the service improved after my intervention, I must admit that it fell short of the expected standard.
